The Unexpected One

Each of us has its own unique learning and discovery.
And in our high school life nobody would be missing thus so called Juniors and Seniors Promenade. This was first experienced when we were in the third year high school. I admit that during that time I was not so confident cause its my first time to dance with somebody else and there was a man who danced me. But during our last Juniors and Seniors Promenade, I was very confident because my cousin promised to danced me at least trice and when then piece for their section was announced, I am waiting for him to dance me but nobody came. I was very disappointed.All of my seatmates had already stood up to dance,but I myself never stood up and because of that disappointment I've chosen to walked out at that gymnasium and I went to the comfort room together with my two friends but when we were already inside the gymnasium the emcee announced the lady's choice dancing and I never went to pull anybody to dance with me, because I am not that kind of person forcing others to dance me. until the last three dance was announced and somebody was asking me to dance and I do not know this person 'cause I've never met his face, he was quite handsome and cute but I forbid that man, for I am already disappointed. And the unexpected one is that nobody danced at that time but if a ball was held in our barangay, boys are forcing me to dance with them, even though I am not with my presentable dress, cause I am just there at the ball to watch and not to dance. That's why I am wondering, because even my classmates and former classmates never asked a dance with me.
